PayRecord is a mobile time clock application designed to offer a convenient solution for employees, contractors, and consultants working remotely or on the go to accurately record earned pay or billable time. The platform allows users to organize entries by both day and week for efficient editing and transmission purposes.

Users have the ability to conveniently edit their recorded history by adding missed clockings or modifying existing entries. Additionally, PayRecord offers the feature to send time data and notes reports via email to designated recipients, such as the payroll office or clients.

The application allows users to specify the client for each clocking and include the location of their time clock entries in the report. By utilizing the “Pay Calculations” option, PayRecord can automatically compute earnings, including overtime and double-time, based on the user's specified state regulations and job role.
